Research Analysis

1.   At this early point of my research where i have gathered lots of images relating to packaging and there designs. There are different methodsof folding to create most of these packages, But there is also many designs that use glue. As its the cheapest and easyiest option to create great pieces of designand packing. Most clients or corporations use glue to save money and time which are more important then saving the planet. 
 There are some companies that are changing there way by using less amount of plastic to create there package. This is so that it will save the buisness money and effert into making the package and also shows that they are willing to make a small difference to save the planet a little more. One of these companies is called Original Source. Here are what they have achieved:-

By using less plastic to hold there product it will save moeny and use less resources.


2.    As most or my early research is based on just normal boxes using glue and other no renuable resources, I will know look at more experimental ways of putting boxes together just by using folds or some other ways to putting boxes together.
This will make my research varied and will give me a better oportunity when coming to design my packaging.
